Engine Strip and Rebuild This would include cleaning and inspecting all components, measurement of compression ratio, squish clearance, cam timing, valve to piston clearance and tappet clearance.
Cylinder Head Work Full gas flowing work, port re-shaping, matching and balancing. 3-angle valve seat cutting and lapping. Oversize conversions. Skimming and lapping of head face.
Cylinder Barrel Work Oversize Piston Kits. Rebore & hone cylinder sleeves. Plating of ceramic bores. Deck face machining & lapping. Windage apertures machined.
Valve Train Work Race camshafts and vernier camwheels supplied and fitted. Race valve springs and top retainers supplied and fitted. All shims available from stock. Stainless one-piece valves.
Bottom End Work Crankcase internal gasflowing. Polish, weight match and shotpeen con-rods. Ignition rotor balancing. Lighten, knife-edge, polish & balance crankshaft. Stroked crank & rods available. Close ratio gearboxes and raised 5th & 6th gears. Heavy duty clutch springs. Billet sumps and baffle plates
Dyno Centre Rolling road dyno for motorcycles and sidecars. Dynojet carb fitting centre. Power Commander ignition & fuel mapping.
